Enrollment and Refund Policy
We are very excited that you are applying to have your child attend one of Mini Programs. Before you complete the application form we wish to advise you of the following policies:
1. In the unlikely event that minimum program sizes are not reached, Temple Sinai reserves the right to cancel the program. In such cases, you will be provided with a full refund of all amounts paid.
2. Payment must accompany every completed application.
3. $15 non-refundable for administrative cost. All else is refundable up to two weeks prior to the start of the program. No refund will be given after that point.
4. Cancellations will only be processed upon receipt of written notice.
